At The Physio Workshop, we value your time and ours. To ensure we can offer appointments to all clients in need and maintain an efficient schedule, we kindly ask you to observe our cancellation policy:

 

24 Hours’ Notice Required: We require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment.

 

Late Cancellations: Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment time may incur a 50% cancellation fee.

 

Waived Fee if Spot is Filled: If a late cancellation is made but we are able to fill your appointment slot with another client, no fee will be charged.

 

No-Shows: Missed appointments without notice will be charged the full consultation fee.

 

Emergency Exceptions: We understand emergencies happen. Please contact us as soon as possible, and we will do our best to accommodate genuine circumstances.
