Patrick Green

Patrick is the founder of The Physio Workshop and brings 15 years experience in injury rehabilitation, with a special interest in knee and shoulder injuries, strength and conditioning, and sports-specific care.

 

He has worked with elite athletes across professional motocross, European football, and toured internationally as part of the medical team for Sydney’s rugby club, The Convicts. Patrick’s approach blends creativity, clinical precision, and a performance mindset — always tailored to the individual.

 

Outside the clinic: Football tragic, cricket comeback kid, weight training enthusiast, and hopeful of one day returning to golf.

Sarah Brown

​Physiotherapist

Musculoskeletal and Women's Health

Sarah completed her Bachelor of Physiotherapy in 2022 and has since built a strong foundation in acute injury management, post-operative orthopaedic rehabilitation, and fracture recovery. She also has expertise in return-to-sport and return-to-work planning, chronic pain management, women’s health, and paediatric conditions.

 

With a passion for women’s health, Sarah has undertaken specialised training in this area. She has experience treating pregnancy-related musculoskeletal conditions, managing pelvic floor dysfunction, and providing physiotherapy care in postnatal wards. She is dedicated to supporting women through all stages of pregnancy and postpartum recovery.

 

Outside the clinic: Hiking the Blue Mountains, Pilates classes, or soaking up cafe vibes with her daughter, corgi, and a great coffee.
